The BlueScreen happens when i play games. BSOD Crashes and Debugging MSI GT70 2OD,Random BSOD while browsing or gaming at timesThis issue happened from the first day I got my computer and I read that its a driver Mine is a Dell Dimension 9200 and I did a search regarding my latest blue screen error and Dell and Vista. Microsoft has a knowledge base article on recovering from a corrupt registry that pertains to the c0000218 error.
Did you try starting in Safe Mode (F8 during boot) and then uninstall Alcohol 120%? @amir - stop error 0x0000007E is related to the Via audio driver in your case. BSOD error code 0x00000096 may also show "INVALID_WORK_QUEUE_ITEM" on the same blue screen.0x00000097This BSOD is uncommon. But just another question.. The caller may pass a pointer to a buffer in this routine's WaitBlockArray parameter.

Also check for hardware problems. If it is a desktop, try running it without the cover for a while to check if it is. Possibly the program uninstall did not remove everything.
