Can't Choose Ubuntu On Startup

Bumping after only half-an-hour is ridiculous. Installed using the entire disk of the new partition. Would i also be able to upgrade back to windows 10 without harming the linux partition? And by creating a bootable usb do i use PowerISO and what previous steps?
