We can't help you with a hacked, unlicensed install of Windows. This does not resolve the issue by itself, but it forces Windows to tell you what services are shutting down, which means you can now see what's causing the problem. When I force shut down by holding in the power button sometimes it shuts down but restarts automatically by itself. Scroll down until you find the Sleep tree. The only current remedy i know of is the unplug the device BEFORE starting the shut down process, then everything is fine.
