solved Upgraded from 32-bit Vista to 64-bit Windows 7. I also tried with it set to compatibility mode to Vista and then XP and it still does the exact same thing; even saying it doesn't recognize the Windows 7 operating Dell Precision 690 running with Windows 7 64-bit FAN TOO LOUD! I included the folder just in case.
