This will happen if you have several card readers, thumb drives or external hard drives attached. Both drives use the generic Windows driver; no third party drivers apply. In Internet Explorer I type ‘My Computer' in the address bar and it shows the drives, including the USB drive (M:). Windows 7 pro fresh install.
So I added another Key: Controller1 with DWORD EnumDevice2 = 1 This fixed the second drive. No letter is assigned (which is why it doesn't show up in Windows Explorer).
